1、Character of bamboo veneer mould board:

3. Bamboo is easy to remove for its smooth surface. While the adsorption bamboo veneer mould board is 1/8 of steel plate. So we can cancel the processing of rendering.
4. It has good hygroscopicity , it won't distortion when damped.
5. It has the character of mothproof and antisepsis.
6. It is fit for installation with heat preservation in winter for the products has the thermal conductivity of 0.10.16 w/m.
2、Installation:
It should be installed by vertical path along the wooden face tightly with littleness crack. And the specification of square wood is 5*10 or 10*10. In order to prevent from the pollution of starch, you should seal the crack.. What's more, colliding, beating, or pulling with steel on the surface is forbidden.
(1) Ceiling mould: Put the square wood along horizontal direction by distance of 1.2m at first, Then put then along vertical direction by 0.4m-0.6m. You should narrow the distance when the thickness is beyond 200m.
(2) Wall mould: You should construct a frame with three vertical logs connect with horizontal logs, or you may use steel frame. Then put on the bamboo veneer one by one according to the frame.
(3) Beam and pillar: Separate the mould to confirm size, but you must place the seats for screw. The pillar mould may be inclined supported after square locked by short supporter.
3、 Maintenance:
Please pad with square wood when disassemble the bamboo veneer mould. Put them angle to angle, and edge to edge. Don't let the surface on the ground. They must be stored in a place where there is ventilate and prevent from sun or rains. You should inspect it regularly.
4、Reprocess:
The used bamboo veneer can be reprocessed if they are damaged partly, you may transfomate them into other kinds of construction materials such as wall panel, flooring, etc.
